Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Technologist position involves assisting in various imaging procedures, including biopsies, angiograms, and line placements. Technologists will work alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist with imaging procedures such as biopsies, angiograms, and paracenteses.
Monitor patients during procedures and provide necessary support.
Utilize advanced imaging equipment, including Discovery 740 IGS and EMR Meditech.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs and schedulers.
Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Critical Care Experience
Procedural Area Experience
Moderate Sedation certification preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
