Job Description

Exciting opportunity to work with our interdisciplinary team caring for adult and pediatric patients recovering from brain injuries including oncologic surgery, falls, strokes, and motor vehicle injuries. You will work in a brand new, state-of-the-art unit, providing clinical and emotional encouragement to patients and their families while helping them regain independence. This position requires teamwork, flexibility, enthusiasm, critical thinking, and a strong desire to assist patients in learning new skills.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Two (2) years of registered nursing experience
Active RN License (New York License ONLY)
Telemetry experience is required
BLS certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
Recent pediatric experience is required
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment Response) certification is highly desired
