Registered Nurse - Obstetrics (OB) Ultrasound

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality obstetrics ultrasound services, focusing on both high-risk and low-risk patients. The nurse will perform daily assessments and manage a caseload of 8-10 ultrasounds, ensuring excellent care and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform obstetric ultrasounds, including viability, anatomy, and growth assessments.
Provide detailed scans for high-risk and low-risk pregnancies, including multiples.
Utilize GE ultrasound equipment effectively during procedures.
Document findings and maintain accurate patient records using EPIC charting system.
Coordinate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in obstetrics nursing.
BLS certification required.
RDMS certification in Obstetrics required.
Experience with EPIC charting system is essential.
Ability to work flexible hours without tardiness or unexcused absences.
