Operating Room RN - Travel Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position, starting on 5/18.

Schedule

The schedule rotates between day and evening shifts, typically following a pattern of three days on and one off. Off shift options include 0845-1915, 1045-2115, or 1245-2315. Expect to be on call one weekday per week, plus one 24-hour call in each four-week schedule block.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room RN with prior travel experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in a large (500+ beds) trauma level 1 facility and must be proficient in EPIC, with experience from within the past two years.

Responsibilities

Circulate and scrub in various specialties, except for CVOR cases.
Manage all general OR procedures, including GU, GYN, ENT, eyes, plastics, lap cases, trauma, thoracic, and vascular.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience.
Experience in a large trauma level 1 facility.
Proficiency in EPIC within the last two years.
Ability to provide scrub skills checklists.
