Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) providing exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. In our dynamic general Med/Surg unit, you will deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive patient care and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide holistic care addressing patients' physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs.
• Be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience, preferably with Meditech experience.
• Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
