Job Description
Join our dedicated team of rehabilitation professionals providing exceptional care to patients recovering from a variety of conditions, including strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. This role emphasizes improving the functional ability and quality of life of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for individuals in an inpatient rehab setting.
- Implement and evaluate treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and techniques.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- IRF or skilled nursing facility experience required.
- 2 years of relevant experience preferable.
