Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.

Responsibilities

Communicate changes in patient’s clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor/manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
Participate in the discharge planning process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must have 2 years of recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
Must have ACLS and BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association).
Must have CPI certification.
Must hold an Ohio RN or multi-state RN license.
