Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver age-specific, direct patient care while utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care. The RN will assume leadership responsibilities, including the delegation of work to other levels of employees, while ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients according to the Nursing Process.
• Assume leadership roles, including delegating tasks to other staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health care regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC) required prior to contract start date.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct patient care.

Schedule

This position operates on a Days / Varied shift schedule.
