Level II Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule

This position requires a rotating shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be available for every other weekend, holidays, on-call, callback, and charge per unit needs. Please note that no straight shift schedules are available.

Job Description

The Level II Registered Nurse provides competent care based on established standards, through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice. This role assumes an expanded capacity, which may include responsibilities such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member as directed by the Nurse Manager.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Two (2) years of nursing experience
Active RN License (NEW YORK LICENSE ONLY)
BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
Telemetry Experience Required
