Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient and acute rehabilitation settings, focusing on geriatric and adult patient populations. The primary responsibilities will include assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to aid recovery from various diagnoses, including CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' occupational performance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' functional independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensure in the state of practice.
• Relevant experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute rehabilitation.
