Schedule
Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 07:00 to 17:30, with staggered start times between 07:00 and 08:30, Monday to Friday. On-call rotation required during weekends and evenings/nights.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of traveler experience. The role requires strong skills in neuro and body procedures, particularly in interventional radiology. The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of IR procedures in an inpatient hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interventional radiology procedures, including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephrograms, kyphoplasty, and biopsies.
- Manage vascular studies and provide support for venous access and neurological studies.
- Utilize Siemens and Philips x-ray equipment in daily operations.
- Maintain a sterile environment during procedures and support a safe and efficient workflow.
- Participate in hospital orientation and training sessions as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional radiology with demonstrated skills in neuro and body procedures.
- BLS and ARRT certifications are mandatory; ARRT Advanced certification is preferred.
- PACS knowledge and experience with Epic and McKesson systems are preferred.
- Candidates must possess a valid NC or Compact license at the time of start.
