Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a challenging and rewarding position. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients while demonstrating strong telemetry skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' telemetry readings and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform assessments and document patients' status in Epic charting.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to devise and implement care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand.
• Recent Epic charting experience (within the last 6 months) is mandatory.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
• Must be willing to work at least every other holiday.
