Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Copperfield, TX. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and will be expected to maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits anticipated. This position guarantees 36 hours with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient therapy services.
- Maintain patient caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
- Ensure productivity metrics are met weekly.
- Coordinate care with other clinics as needed.
- Obtain approval for overtime hours before commencing.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Preferred outpatient experience; acceptance of new graduates and first-time travelers.
