8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Sanford, NC. This position requires an ability to manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week and provide high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services.
- Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
- Facilitate follow-up visits with a focus on effective patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Float to other clinics as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Outpatient experience is preferred.
- New grads are welcome to apply.
- PTA candidates will not be accepted.
