Schedule

8-hour Day shifts, with a requirement of 36 hours guaranteed, and the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional for an outpatient position. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience, although new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply. This role includes the expectation to float to other clinics and manage a diverse patient population. Productivity expectations involve seeing 12-14 patients daily, with a total of 60 visits per week. Double-booking of follow-up visits is anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care to patients.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
• Ensure productivity targets are met while maintaining patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other clinics and adapt to patient needs.
• Seek approval for any overtime hours from the director prior to working.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience preferred; however, new graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
