Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Med/Surg/Tele RN for our night shift. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, demonstrating exceptional patient care and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg and Telemetry setting.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current and valid RN license.
Relevant certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Previous clinical experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing is preferred.
