Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Post Partum/Mother Baby care. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to new mothers and their infants during the post-partum period, ensuring the safety and well-being of both the mother and baby.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess post-partum patients and newborns.
- Provide education and support to mothers regarding infant care and breast feeding.
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Document patient care activities in accordance with established protocols.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN license.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP are required.
