Schedule

This position offers a varied schedule:

Week 1: 40 hours - Sunday 7 AM to 11 PM, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 3 PM to 12 AM
Week 2: 32 hours - Monday and Tuesday 3 PM to 12 AM, Saturday 7 AM to 11 PM

Job Description

The X-Ray Technician will be responsible for performing X-ray imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in operating radiographic equipment, working collaboratively with healthcare staff, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures according to established protocols.
Ensure accurate positioning to achieve proper imaging results.
Maintain equipment and safety standards to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

New York State X-ray license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in X-ray imaging.
ARRT certification preferred.
Experience with Epic charting system is a plus.
