Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Neonatal and Pediatric Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in both the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) based on patient needs. This role requires a minimum of two years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a level 3 or higher NICU or one year of PICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to neonates and children in both NICU and PICU settings.
- Perform necessary procedures such as intubation, ventilation management, and tracheostomy care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Educate families on care procedures and provide emotional support.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a level 3 NICU or PICU.
- Active state nursing license required.
- Certifications: RRT, BLS, PALS, NRP, ACLS.
