This position requires availability for four 10-hour shifts from Monday through Thursday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Description
The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures to assist in diagnosing medical conditions. The candidate will ensure patient safety and comfort during the imaging process, while also maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct MRI scans and ensure the precision and clarity of images.
- Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures.
- Monitor patient’s condition during the imaging process.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures regarding radiation exposure.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- ARRT certification in MRI preferred.
- Valid state license as required.
- Previous experience in MRI technology is highly advantageous.
