Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with experience in Surgical Services to join our team. As a crucial member of the surgical department, you will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist in surgical procedures.
- Provide patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Monitor patient status during surgery and report any changes.
- Collaborate with surgical team members for optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families regarding post-operative care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must hold a valid RN license in Virginia.
- Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and HWC (offered on-site).
- 1-2 years of experience in a surgical setting is preferred.
- Experience with orthopedic procedures is a must.
