Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Princeton, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient care with the ability to float to other clinics as needed. A productivity expectation of 60 visits per week is in place, with an average of 12-14 patients seen per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as required.
• Provide education and guidance to patients regarding their recovery.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to physical therapy practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
