Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical/Tele unit. The RN will provide high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric populations, ensuring the best practices in nursing are followed during treatments and daily assessments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate health records utilizing the Epic EHR system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
- 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification and basic EKG interpretation skills preferred.
