Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality care to patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role requires effective assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to support patient recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions for orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient progress.
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Meet productivity expectations, seeing 12-14 patients per day with a weekly target of 60 visits.
• Float to other clinics as necessary to ensure adequate staffing and patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of South Carolina.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
