8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and will be expected to manage a productivity of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and assist with patient scheduling as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Float to other clinics as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Willing to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure as required by the state.
