This is a 13-week contract position with 4x10 hour shifts, from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Varied days may be required.
Job Description
We are seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist who will perform imaging procedures and assist with patient care in the radiology department. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform Interventional Radiology imaging procedures.
- Assist in patient positioning and preparation for procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safety and comfort of patients.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in on-call duties, including 14 days of call per month, with weekend coverage.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
- State licensure as required.
- Healthcare provider BLS certification.
- Experience in Interventional Radiology preferred.
