Job Description
CVHCare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. New graduates are welcome to apply! Experience in home health is preferred but not required. The role involves working within assigned county territories and may require flexibility in scheduling and coverage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for patients in their homes.
- Complete required visit types such as OASIS ReCertification, Routine, Evaluation, Discharge, and more.
- Meet weekly productivity expectations based on volume of patient visits.
- Maintain flexible scheduling, including potential weekend coverage.
- Manage documentation and patient communication effectively.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current California Occupational Therapist License
- BLS Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Annual TB Screening
- Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDap (10 years), and annual Flu vaccine
- Drug Screen and Physical Examination
