Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Pasco, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient care and will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic conditions. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and achieving productivity goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions to improve patient function and quality of life.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
- Achieve productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
- Facilitate follow-up care, including double-booking of follow-up visits as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
- 0-3 years of relevant outpatient orthopedic experience preferred for Level 1; over 3 years for Level 2.
- Experience managing a pediatric to geriatric patient population is a plus.
