Schedule
This position offers a 4x10s schedule, running from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. There are no scheduled weekend hours, and the schedule includes a rotating call approximately every 8 weeks and about once a week, from 5:30 PM to 6 AM.
Job Description
The Endoscopy RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care during various endoscopic procedures. The role requires expertise in Pre/Post procedures, as well as technical abilities in circulation for Basic EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, Bravo, EMR, and Bronchoscopy/EBUS.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care during endoscopic procedures.
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing endoscopy.
- Utilize knowledge of specialized equipment, including Pathfinder, Cryo, ERBE, and RFA.
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety during procedures.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an endoscopy setting, with proficiency in technical aspects of the procedures listed above.
