Registered Nurse - 10 Hour Rotating Shifts

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

The role requires 10-hour rotating shifts, with call and holiday coverage required. Nurses will be expected to take two call shifts per week and cover two weekends within a 6-week period. Weekend call lasts 24 hours, while weekday call starts after the end of the shift and continues until 6 a.m. Candidates must be available to arrive within 1 hour of being called, with 30 minutes preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, manage medical needs, and coordinate treatment plans, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Educate patients about their health management and treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care across multidisciplinary teams.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Relevant clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are required, with exemptions accepted.
