Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a dynamic role in patient care. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and strong clinical skills to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support to patients within the assigned unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition using charting systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- A minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for.
- Permanent Ohio RN license required at the time of submission.
- Active nursing certifications with no pending requirements.
- Experience with community hospital environments preferred.
- One supervisory reference required for submission.
