Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care to our patients. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and educating patients with respiratory issues in a dynamic healthcare environment. Candidates must possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments based on physician's orders.
• Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and progress.
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory care techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in patient care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) and CRTE (Certified Respiratory Therapy Educator) certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is strongly preferred.
• Experience caring for COVID patients is required.
