Occupational Therapist - Day Shift Position

Job Description

This position is responsible for the functional evaluation of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) patients and the planning and utilization of a program of purposeful activities to achieve maximal physical and mental functioning of patients in their daily life tasks. The role may also provide services at additional locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional evaluations of SNF patients.
Plan and implement purposeful activity programs for patient rehabilitation.
Monitor and assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Schedule

This is a Day Shift position, guaranteeing candidates 20 hours per week with the potential for additional hours during regular staff vacations or leaves.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
