Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality care for patients experiencing respiratory issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of respiratory therapies and treatments to patients of all ages in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy assessments and interventions for patients.
• Administer inhalation therapies, therapeutic and emergency respiratory treatments.
• Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
• Monitor and record patient progress during treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory care techniques and equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license required in Virginia.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous respiratory therapy experience.
