This is a Day 5x8-Hour schedule from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting, with some inpatient responsibilities. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred.
• Current Physical Therapist license in hand or compact required at submission.
• Previous charge experience is desirable.
