Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. The successful candidate will be part of a brand new 42-bed rehab unit equipped with the latest therapy equipment. This role requires critical thinking skills, efficient time management, and the ability to provide 1:1 therapy to patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated nursing care to rehabilitation patients.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and goals.
- Monitor and document patient progress using the Meditech documentation system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active Florida state nursing license is required.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or inpatient rehabilitation.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
