This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift 4x10s, primarily inpatient with some outpatient coverage, occasional Saturday inpatient coverage (typically 2 weekends per 13 week contract).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide top-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions. Your role will be critical in helping patients regain their physical capabilities and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout their therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Oregon Physical Therapist license is required.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience with Epic systems is preferred.
