Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Critical Care unit will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with severe and life-threatening conditions. This role requires advanced clinical skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Utilize EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
- Strong proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically MEDHOST.
