Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Four shifts per schedule.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit. The nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs, including telemetry monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families.
- Participate in department initiatives and quality improvement processes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification required.
- IV Certification for LVNs preferred.
- ACLS certification preferred.
