Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide top-quality care to patients in their homes. The role requires performing skilled nursing visits, assessing the patient’s needs, and administering various treatments and medications as per the healthcare plan.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide education to patients and families on health management.
- Utilize various medical equipment and assistive devices.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience required.
- OASIS training preferred.
- Valid Florida RN license or compact license.
- BLS certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
- COVID-19 vaccination documentation or exemption required.
- Flu shot or declination confirmation required; mandatory mask wearing at work.
