Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: Days, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, with weekend coverage required every 4-5 weeks.

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic setting, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population. You will focus on neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation while managing a full caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and track patient progress.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current North Carolina PT License (or PT Compact License).
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physical therapy role.
• Experience with neuro and orthopedic conditions is preferred.
