Shift: 06:45 AM - 05:00 PM, Four 10-hour shifts weekly. On-call requirements include one weekend and 8-9 weekday calls in a six-week schedule.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong robotics and spine experience, as well as the ability to manage complex patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position requires skilled nursing in the operating room, with a focus on orthopedics and neurosurgery.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Facilitate the safe and efficient operation of the surgical suite.
- Assist surgeons with robotics and spine procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure all necessary equipment is available and functional.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN license (ADN or BSN).
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience.
- Experience with robotic surgery and spine procedures is required.
