Outpatient Physical Therapist - 4x10 Hour Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:00.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient settings. This position requires expertise in treating a variety of diagnoses, with a primary focus on orthopedics and neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient care and possess the ability to create tailored treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide one-on-one patient care without double booking.
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
Active physical therapist license.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
