Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist with experience in critical care settings, including ICU, ER, and NICU. The ideal candidate will have experience treating pediatric patients requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation, as well as working in a nursery setting, particularly during high-risk deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory care and life support to patients in various hospital settings including ICU and ER.
• Participate in resuscitation efforts and attend to high-risk deliveries.
• Utilize advanced respiratory equipment such as Drager V500 and Hamilton T-1 ventilators.
• Document patient care and assessments using the EPIC documentation system.
• Provide support and care for newborns in the nursery and critically ill pediatric patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• CPR certification (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU, ER, and nursery settings.
• Experience with the mentioned equipment and documentation system.
