Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Antepartum and Labor & Delivery to provide care for high-risk patients. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to high-risk obstetrical patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Manage magnesium sulfate and preterm labor cases effectively.
- Utilize Meditech and CPIN documentation systems for patient records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-risk Labor & Delivery or Antepartum nursing.
- Valid Texas Registered Nurse license (temporary licenses will not be accepted).
- Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring.
- Experience with high acuity patients is preferred.
