Job Description
We are seeking a clinically compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to evaluate and treat patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat SNF patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
- Potential floatation to sister facilities within walking distance
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active CA OT License or in process under the 60-day rule
- Preferred SNF experience; new graduates are welcome with mentorship available
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible and collaborative mindset
