Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing critical care to patients in an Intensive Care Unit setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to manage complex situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitoring for critically ill patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage arterial lines, ventilated patients, and central line care/management.
• Conduct continuous IV sedation and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience is required.
• Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and CCRN certifications preferred.
• Experience with charting systems, preferably McKesson.
