Schedule
This position is for day shifts, operating Monday through Friday, with typical hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on patient load. There are no on-call duties, weekends, or holiday shifts required.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Radiation Therapist who is ARRT certified and has a minimum of 3 years of experience, particularly with Varian True Beams and ARIA systems. As a vital part of our oncology team, you will provide high-quality radiation therapy services to patients while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their treatment.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician instructions.
- Utilize Varian True Beam technology and ARIA systems efficiently.
- Monitor patient progress and provide support to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT) certification required.
- At least 3 years of experience in radiation therapy.
- Proficient with Varian True Beams and ARIA software.
