Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule

This is a day shift position, scheduled from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, three shifts per week, available Sunday through Saturday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D), postpartum care, and nursery support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while managing a variety of patient needs in a 14-bed facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Support postpartum recovery and nursery responsibilities.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1-2 during labor, 1:3 for couplets, and 1:6 for nursery and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC).
• NRP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in L&D and postpartum.
