Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. In this role, you will engage in providing quality patient care by evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with standard protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
